At Crown Colony, we’re proud to introduce guests to our facilities. The following information allows guests and members to understand Crown Colony’s dedication to providing an excellent facility and commitment to the game of golf.
Dress Code ‐ Golf Course
Members and guests should dress with taste, discretion and consideration of other Members and guests. Golf attire should be neat, tailored and consistent with the standards of the Club and tradition of the game of golf. All guests are asked not to change into their golfing attire in the parking lot as day lockers are available in the Club House.
• Gentlemen: Golf shirts must have a collar, or must be a recognized golf club design, e.g., mock turtle or turtle neck. Shirts must be tucked into the
trousers. Shorts must be of reasonable length. Slacks must be tailored, pressed and not faded. Jeans/denim, sweat suits, yoga attire and cargo
pants are not permitted. Golf shoes with soft spikes only are permitted.
• Ladies: Tank tops and low necklines are not permitted. Tops must be tucked in, except those with a banded bottom. Conservative shorts, skirts and

Dress Code ‐ Club House & Patio
During the day, golf attire constitutes appropriate dress in the Club House. For evening events, social casual dress is appropriate. Social casual attire for men includes a collared shirt and shorts must be of reasonable length. Ladies should dress to a similar level of formality.
Inappropriate evening attire for members and their guests (including children) include and may not wear cargo pants/shorts, tank tops, tee shirts, fishnet tops, cut‐offs, halter tops, sweat pants, swim attire, gym shorts, and flip‐flops. Caps or hats should not be worn in the clubhouse (acceptable for women). Shirts must be tucked in unless they are specifically designed to wear outside the pants or shorts. “Dressy denim” and “acceptable jeans” are permitted throughout the clubhouse and patio area other than on special events designated by Club management. At no time can denim cut‐offs, denim with holes, or denim that is tattered, torn, soiled, or inappropriate in any way, be worn in the clubhouse or on the patios.
Cell Phone Policy
Cell phone conversations are only permitted outside the grill/bar and dining rooms. The use of cellular phones interferes with the atmosphere of the Club House and the game of golf. While on Club property, all Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) are to be switched to silent mode (no ringing or beeping). PEDs, including tablets (e.g. iPads), smart phones (e.g. iPhones, Blackberrys, Androids), digital readers and any interactive electronic devices are permitted for non‐audible use anywhere on Club property.
Members and their guests are urged to use their discretion when using these devices to ensure that they do not adversely affect the enjoyment of the Club by other members and guests.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the clubhouse which includes vaping and e‐cigarettes. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas.
